Deadlines and Stuff

Yeah, I know. The A to Z challenge. I made it to 'B' and then things got cuh-ray-zay busy.

C is for CRAZY, Calm, Catching up, CPs... and CUPCAKES!

D is for Dropout.

D is also for Deadline...and I haz one.

(Thus my need to 'dropout' of the challenge)

But because I refuse to be a total and complete fail and because I like to finish-ish what I start, BEHOLD, I give you the rest(ish) of the alphabet in one post!

E is for

and Eric!

F is for Firefly...

G is for Gargoyle (love this book...what a debut)

and Gilmore Girls

H is for Hogwarts

I is for Inspiration

J and W is for Joss Whedon

K is for Killer Kitten

L is for Logan...

and Love and Literature

M is Music (and Magnificent Manuscripts)

N is for New Notebooks and Perfect Pens!

O is for Overtired and Overworked...thus, you don't mind that I'm going to be skipping some letters soon, right? Good. *phew*

P is for Pretty Prose

S is for Spike

V is for Veronica Mars

and sexy Vampires and Vampire Slayers

Z if for Zombie parts art

Okay, I'm going to be holed up for a little while...writing writing writing.

In the meantime, tell me...
How are YOU?
How is your writing going?

Love,

Lola

I LOVE the killer kitten, and Spike, and far too many other things on this list! I knew I'd be getting in over my head if I tried the A-Z thing, so I just stalk everyone else's posts instead!

Nice job! I understand being too busy, especially with looming deadlines.

Me, I'm drafting my new project, waiting for my agent to tell me what needs work on my old project, and very slowly freaking out about how few hours there are in the day.

Good luck with your writing, Lola!

XOXO

Nice way to prioritize!

I'm back on the writing wagon, finally, after a hiatus of about four months. The baby is finally sleeping through the night, and I am dredging time out from places unpronounceable.

FIREFLY!!!!!!

Veronica Mars was a great show. It's too bad they didn't just keep it a standalone show instead of trying to make it a huge story. I think if they had done that it would still be going. Things are going great my blog is growing and I enjoy the topic I have decided on. Using Psychology to understand our characters.

Ann said...

Lola this is excellent. I just loved the killer kitten. Too funny. Good luck with the deadline. :)

Good luck with the writing and the deadline.

I'm working on a query--I think I'm on version #12. Either I will nail this evil thing or it will kill me. Right now, I'm hoping the later will happen soon.

Ethereal is such a wonderful word to not only pronounce, but to make your friends go...damn my boy/girl's wicked smart (in the Casey Affleck-thick Boston accent a la Good Will Hunting way)!

And good luck with your deadline!
